Tom Granata is a nationally recognized staffing industry consultant, entrepreneur, and
workforce strategist with more than five decades of exposure to the staffing and
employment industry. Born in 1969, Tom was introduced to the business by his father,
who entered the staffing industry that same year. By the age of five, Tom was already
learning the fundamentals of recruiting, sales, workforce management, and client
development.


Over the course of his career, Tom has participated in generating more than $1 billion
in temporary staffing revenue and has become a trusted advisor to staffing firms,
entrepreneurs, healthcare organizations, and workforce solution providers throughout
the United States.

 

 

Tom has helped launch, develop, and grow more than 35 staffing and workforce-related companies, providing expertise in recruiting, sales, operations, business development, workforce strategy, and organizational growth. His passion is to help business owners build profitable companies while creating greater financial freedom and quality of life.


Throughout his career, Tom has been called upon to assist with some of the staffing industry’s most complex challenges, including strike staffing, labor negotiations, workforce transitions, high-volume recruiting, onsite workforce programs, and large-scale contingent labor solutions. His ability to rapidly deploy workforce strategies and solve operational challenges has made him a sought-after consultant across numerous industries.


In addition to staffing, Tom has extensive experience as a broker and consultant in related business services, including Professional Employer Organization (PEO) solutions, employee benefits programs, workforce cost-reduction strategies, and business consulting services. He has worked closely with healthcare and medical organizations to improve workforce performance, recruiting effectiveness, and operational growth.


Tom is also actively involved in helping employers reduce costs and improve employee retention through innovative benefits programs. He currently consults on Section 125 cafeteria plans and related employee benefit strategies that can provide meaningful tax savings for both employers and employees while enhancing overall workforce satisfaction.

A respected industry leader, Tom, has spoken at staffing conventions and professional events, sharing insights on recruiting, sales, staffing operations, business growth, workforce compliance, and entrepreneurial success. His practical experience and results-driven approach have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
