We designed this program for individuals who have direct access to
decision-makers at any U.S. company. This position has an increased
compensation schedule compared to our Referral Program. This is due to
the direct representation of our staffing agency to your contacts for the purpose of
securing staffing accounts. These Sales Specialists shall have the discretion to
negotiate terms with their contacts, including, but not limited to, the allocation or
sharing of a portion of their commission, as they deem appropriate.


We will implement a structured, compliant, and performance-based sales or
business development agreement. This approach ensures that every relationship is
built on a solid foundation of transparency, accountability, and alignment with
legal and organizational standards, eliminating the risks often associated with
informal or a loosely defined understanding.


Compensation is directly tied to measurable outcomes—such as successfully
placed candidates and retained client accounts—ensuring that our Sales Specialists
are rewarded based on real business results. By offering above average
competitive, performance-driven commissions, we create strong incentives for
partners to actively and consistently engage their network.


To maximize effectiveness, we equip our partners with a comprehensive support
system that removes the typical barriers associated with business development.
This includes access to proven sales materials, refined messaging, market
positioning insights, and strategic pricing frameworks that have been tested in real-
world staffing environments. As a result, partners are not left to “figure it out” on
their own—they are backed by a system that increases their confidence and ability
to generate high-quality opportunities.


Equally important, we handle the entire operational side of the business. From
initial client consultation and workforce planning to recruiting, screening,
onboarding, compliance, payroll, and ongoing account management, our internal
team manages every aspect of service delivery. This allows our Sales Specialists to
remain focused solely on what they do best: leveraging their relationships and
facilitating business, without being burdened by execution, administration, or risk.

Specialists are able to monetize their network and generate recurring income with
