Staffing Agency for Sale Program

All of our staffing program offerings will originate from this central intake and qualification process. We begin by running targeted advertisements promoting the availability of a staffing agency for sale. Individuals who respond to these ads will enter a structured evaluation pipeline designed to gather detailed information about their background, experience, financial capacity, goals, and overall fit.

Once a prospect expresses interest, the first point of contact will be a brief phone call focused on initial qualification. During this conversation, we will confirm key details, assess baseline suitability, and determine whether it makes sense to move forward through our Discovery Call Script.

Candidates who meet the preliminary criteria will then receive a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) via email, which must be signed before any sensitive or proprietary information is shared.

 

After the NDA is executed, we will schedule a second, more comprehensive conversation utilizing our staffing agency for sale interview questionnaire. This follow-up discussion will be significantly more in-depth, allowing us to better understand the candidate’s objectives, capabilities, and expectations. It also provides an opportunity to present additional details about our additional staffing programs, answer questions, and ensure alignment on both sides. Based on the information gathered throughout this process, we will then guide each qualified candidate into the program that best suits their needs while also aligning with our organizational goals.
