Staffing Agency Sales Specialist Program
We establish partnerships with individuals who have direct access to hiring decision-makers. These partners shall represent the staffing agency to their direct contacts for the purpose of securing staffing accounts. They shall be compensated on a commission basis and shall have the discretion to negotiate terms with their contacts, including, but not limited to, the allocation or sharing of a portion of their commission, as they deem appropriate.
We will implement a structured, compliant, and performance-based sales or business development agreement. This approach ensures that every partnership is built on a solid foundation of transparency, accountability, and alignment with legal and organizational standards, eliminating the risks often associated with informal or loosely defined referral arrangements.
Rather than relying on handshake agreements or ambiguous expectations, we formalize each partnership with clearly defined terms that outline roles, responsibilities, compensation structures, and compliance requirements.
